メンバー登録申請は、下記の項目をもとに管理者が審査いたします。承認された方には、正式登録に必要なご案内をメールでお送りします。これに加え、アカウント作成には、ご本人によるSign Upが必要になります。その時に、登録で使われてたEmailで各自がPasswordを設定してください。
